Terms of Service

FEIVO provides tools that may help you organise a job search, identify possible matches, draft application materials, submit authorised applications, and track activity. Features may vary by plan, location, job site, and availability.

We are not an employer, recruiter, employment agency, or legal or career adviser. We do not guarantee that any role is available, that an application will be accepted, or that you will receive an interview, offer, or employment.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

You may not impersonate another person, create false or duplicate identities, operate the Service for someone else without authority, or use false work history, qualifications, or eligibility information.

You are responsible for:

• having the right to provide and use all profile and resume content;
• keeping your information accurate and current;
• reviewing generated materials and application answers where appropriate;
• choosing appropriate filters, daily limits, and manual or automatic settings;
• complying with employer and job-site rules that apply to you; and
• responding honestly to legal, eligibility, screening, and disclosure questions.

You authorise us to use the information and settings you provide to perform the Service, including preparing and transmitting application information when you request or enable that activity.

If you enable automatic applications, you specifically instruct and authorise FEIVO to create and reuse candidate accounts with supported employer applicant tracking systems in your name, securely store and retrieve the credentials for those accounts, and, only when an employer blocks progress on email verification, process the minimum verification action through a random short-lived address tied to that application attempt. FEIVO does not forward the original verification message, link, or code; any account notification uses fixed safe text. Candidate FEIVO provisions one persistent Candidate Email address when you complete account setup. That address and encrypted employer conversations remain available while your account is active or subscribed, and are removed after account deletion or more than six months of both inactivity and no paid subscription. You also authorise FEIVO to complete forms from your confirmed information and press the final submission control without asking you about each individual role. Your filters, limits, consent settings, and any supported pause control remain in force.

FEIVO answers employers' application questions for you: from your profile and résumé, with short answers it writes to open questions such as why you want the role, and with a neutral answer where you have not told us something (for example, “Prefer not to disclose” for current salary, or “Prefer not to say” for demographic questions). You authorise FEIVO to accept an employer's standard privacy notices and application data-processing consents on your behalf. FEIVO never accepts an arbitration agreement, waiver, or signature for you, and never states a fact about you that your profile does not support. If an employer asks for something FEIVO cannot answer truthfully, FEIVO skips that job and returns your application credit. Keep your profile accurate, because these answers come from it.

You must not use the Service to:

• break the law, infringe rights, deceive employers, or submit fraudulent information;
• harass others, distribute malware, or interfere with the Service;
• scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or access the Service through unauthorised automation;
• bypass limits, security controls, payment requirements, or access restrictions; or
• send applications at abusive volume or in a way that creates risk for others.

We may limit or suspend activity that appears unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or likely to damage the Service, users, employers, or third parties.

Plan features, application credits, prices, taxes, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew as disclosed at checkout until cancelled. Credits and plan features may be subject to limits shown in the Service.

On the website, plans are currently priced in Australian dollars: Starter at A$29 a month, Pro at A$59 a month, and Pro+ at A$119 every 3 months. A subscription that started at an earlier price keeps the price it started on.

Free trials are for people who have not had a FEIVO subscription before. On the website the free trial lasts 7 days and needs a payment card; when it ends, it becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before then. In the iPhone app the free trial lasts 3 days and is billed by Apple, as described in the next section.

You may cancel a website subscription at any time in Settings › Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled under the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

If you subscribe in the FEIVO iPhone app, you buy an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment and charges your Apple Account; FEIVO never receives your Apple payment details. The subscription gives your FEIVO account the same plan features and credits as the same plan bought on the website.

• Price. The App Store shows the price, billing period, and any taxes in your local currency before you confirm the purchase.
• Free trial. The app offers a 3-day free trial when Apple shows that your Apple Account can still have one. Apple's purchase screen shows whether a trial applies before you confirm.
• Payment and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, if you start with a free trial, when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for the same billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period or trial. Apple charges for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Managing and cancelling. Change or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. FEIVO cannot change or cancel an App Store subscription for you. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases under its own terms, and FEIVO cannot issue them. To ask for one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Deleting the app or your account. Deleting the app or your FEIVO account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple Account settings as well.
• Restoring a purchase. If you reinstall the app or use another iPhone, tap Restore on the app's payment screen to reconnect your subscription to your FEIVO account.

Your use of the iPhone app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store's terms. These Terms are between you and FEIVO, not Apple, and FEIVO, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.

The Service may link to or interact with employers, job boards, applicant-tracking systems, identity providers, payment providers, and other third parties. Their services, content, availability, decisions, and terms are controlled by them.

We are not responsible for a third party changing a job listing, rejecting or removing an application, changing its systems, or restricting automated access.

Address suggestions are provided through Google Maps Platform and are subject to the applicable Google Maps terms. You can always enter an address manually instead.

You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and fulfil your requests.

The Service, software, design, branding, and our original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.

We may update, add, restrict, or discontinue features and may temporarily interrupt the Service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a material change affects an active paid plan, where practical.

Automated matches and generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You should use your own judgement before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis without promises that it will be uninterrupted or produce a particular employment outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the Service. Any limitation applies only to the maximum extent allowed by law and does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay an amount due, or misuse the Service.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@feivo.ai from the email address on your account. “Deleting your account” in our Privacy Policy explains what deletion removes and what we keep. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where a material change or applicable law requires it. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
